Gas Condensing Boilers

Gas-fired condensing boilers provide high-efficiency space heating and greater energy savings by extracting the latent energy that occurs from condensing (i.e., when water vapor, a by-product of combustion, changes into liquid) and using it to increase the unit's efficiency. AERCO was the first manufacturer to introduce a condensing and fully modulating boiler to the commercial market in 1988 that matched the equipment's output to real-time heating demand, ensuring the unit drew no more fuel to operate than is absolutely necessary, and thereby saving energy and money.
